Development in excess of 3,000 activities in support of a capital project for replacement of the boiler roof platforms and the super heater outlet tube replacement. WBS, resource loaded, cost loaded, Critical Path Method (CPM) techniques, target vs. baseline scheduling, and Earned Value Reporting. Creating a plant Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), including daily schedule reviews, integration and contingency planning for the eight week outage duration.

Outage scheduling for a 750 Mw coal fired power plant.
